BABY!

Planning a pregnancy? Already pregnant? Postpartum and ready to get back at it? I can help! The female body is amazing but there are still so many things we can do through food and exercise to give it that extra boost!

 

If you are planning on getting pregnant keep in mind it is easier to get fit again if you start that way (and especially if you maintain some of it through the pregnancy).

Already pregnant? Exercising during pregnancy  will equip you with better endurance, strength, and patience during your labor and remember, everything you are eating is getting to that tiny little babe growing inside! Give him/her the best start you can! I'll guide you through safe exercises to keep the unneccesary fluff off and keep you strong & unstressed- mind and body!

 

Postpartum? Let's get you back in action but do it the right way... a lot of things change during those nine months and its important to get started back safely. I can teach you the right exercises to do and which ones to avoid. Do it the right way first and avoid any extra trauma to your pelvic floor/core.
